CODE OF CONDUCT

Thank you for choosing to travel with Seek to Savor. Our journeys are designed to bring together curious, respectful travelers who share a love of culture, connection, food, wine, history, and meaningful experiences.

The success of every journey depends on the collective spirit of the group. We ask each traveler to contribute to an atmosphere of kindness, flexibility, respect, and cultural appreciation so that everyone can enjoy an exceptional experience.

By participating in a Seek to Savor journey, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct before, during, and after your trip.

Our Shared Expectations

Respect for Fellow Travelers

Every traveler deserves to feel welcomed, included, and valued.

The following behaviors are not acceptable:

• Bullying, intimidation, harassment, or discrimination

• Malicious gossip or personal attacks

• Threatening, aggressive, or abusive behavior

• Unwanted physical contact

• Disruptive conduct that negatively affects the experience of others

• Excessive negativity or behavior that creates unnecessary conflict within the group

Our travelers come from different backgrounds, experiences, beliefs, and perspectives. While you may not always agree with others, we expect all interactions to remain respectful and courteous.

Cultural Respect

Seek to Savor journeys immerse travelers in local communities, traditions, and customs.

Travelers are expected to:

• Respect local customs, traditions, and cultural norms

• Treat guides, drivers, hotel staff, restaurant teams, and local hosts with courtesy and appreciation

• Follow local laws and regulations at all times

• Represent themselves and the Seek to Savor community in a positive and respectful manner

Flexibility and Group Travel

Group travel requires flexibility.

Occasionally, schedules, transportation, accommodations, weather conditions, or activities may need to change. Travelers are expected to approach these situations with patience, understanding, and a spirit of cooperation.

Repeated disruptive behavior, refusal to follow reasonable instructions from tour leaders, or actions that negatively impact the group experience may result in removal from activities or, in serious situations, dismissal from the journey.

Alcohol Consumption

Many Seek to Savor experiences may include wine tastings, cocktails, or other alcoholic beverages.

If you choose to consume alcohol, you are expected to do so responsibly.

Excessive intoxication, unsafe behavior, or conduct that disrupts the experience of others may result in immediate removal from activities or dismissal from the journey at your own expense.

Accommodations and Roommates

If you are sharing accommodations with another traveler, you are expected to:

• Respect your roommate's privacy and personal space

• Maintain a clean and considerate living environment

• Be mindful of noise levels and schedules

• Avoid bringing guests into shared accommodations without prior approval

If roommate conflicts arise, Seek to Savor reserves the right to require alternate accommodations at the traveler's expense.

Personal Property

Travelers are solely responsible for their personal belongings, including passports, identification, medications, valuables, and travel documents.

Seek to Savor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Property and Facilities

Travelers are expected to treat hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, wineries, historic sites, and other venues with care and respect.

Any damage, theft, vandalism, or destruction of property may result in financial responsibility for repairs, removal from the journey, involvement of local authorities, or all of the above.

Safety Concerns

If you witness unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior during the journey, please notify your Seek to Savor host or trip leader immediately.

Creating a safe, welcoming environment is a shared responsibility.

Violations of This Code

Seek to Savor reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a traveler's conduct violates this Code of Conduct.

Depending on the severity of the situation, Seek to Savor may:

• Issue a verbal warning

• Restrict participation in certain activities

• Require alternative accommodations at the traveler's expense

• Remove a traveler from the journey without refund

• Contact local authorities when appropriate

Any traveler removed from a journey for violating this Code of Conduct shall be responsible for all resulting expenses, including transportation, accommodations, and any other associated costs. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip.
