Seek to Savor focuses on small-group travel. The maximum number of guests varies by departure, so please confirm the group size for your selected journey before reserving.
Keeping our groups small allows for a more personal atmosphere, easier interaction with your host, and shared experiences where you can get to know the people traveling with you.
If you’re organizing a trip for your own family, friends, or private group, we also welcome inquiries about custom journeys.

No. International airfare is not included in the tour price. This gives you the flexibility to choose your departure airport, airline, travel class, and whether you’d like to spend additional time in Italy before or after the tour.
Please confirm your tour reservation and coordinate your proposed arrival and departure times with us before purchasing flights. This helps ensure your travel plans align with the itinerary and scheduled airport transfers.
Additional hotel nights, transportation outside the scheduled itinerary, and arrangements for an extended stay are not included unless specifically confirmed.

Walking is part of this journey, especially during guided city tours and visits to historic centers. Expect cobblestones, uneven paving, steps, and some inclines. Matera’s terrain includes hills and stairs, and exploring these towns may involve periods of standing as well as walking.
Transportation is provided between scheduled destinations, but vehicles cannot necessarily reach every location within a historic center. You should be comfortable walking from drop-off points to attractions and exploring on foot.
Wear comfortable, supportive shoes and be prepared for time outdoors. Free time gives you opportunities to pause and enjoy a café or rest, although scheduled group activities follow a shared timetable.
If you have limited mobility, use a mobility aid, or need to avoid stairs, please contact us before booking. We’ll discuss the demands of the itinerary and confirm what arrangements are possible. We do not want you to book based on an assumption that every activity will be accessible.
-
Please tell us about your dietary needs before booking, including whether your request is a preference, an intolerance, or a food allergy. We’ll work with our restaurants and experience providers to establish what they can accommodate.
Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and other requests are reviewed individually. Italian food offers many possibilities, but availability varies by venue and activity. Some experiences on this itinerary focus specifically on cheese-making, regional foods, or wine, so an equivalent alternative may not always be available.
For food allergies, please describe the ingredients you must avoid and any concerns about cross-contact. We cannot promise that every kitchen or experience will meet a particular requirement without confirmation from the provider.
We’ll explain any known limitations before you commit, helping you decide whether the journey is a good fit. Additional fees may apply.

The advertised tour price is based on shared-room accommodations. If you’re traveling with a partner, family member, or friend, tell us whom you’ll be sharing with when you reserve.
Please also let us know whether you prefer one shared bed or separate beds. We’ll request your preferred arrangement and confirm availability; room layouts and bed configurations can vary between properties.
Solo travelers should contact us to discuss their options before booking. We do not guarantee roommate matching, so please do not assume that a shared room with another guest will be available.
Private or single-room accommodations may be offered for an additional supplement, subject to availability. We’ll confirm the room arrangement and applicable cost before you finalize your reservation.
