DAY 1:

• Upon arrival in Rome, you will be greeted at the airport and transported to your elegant accommodations, located just steps away from the Pantheon. (option for private lodging at an additional fee.)
• After settling in, enjoy a welcome dinner at a traditional Roman trattoria, where you’ll indulge in classic Roman cuisine, including dishes such as Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara, and Saltimbocca alla Romana.
DAY 2:
Exploring the Eternal City
• Start the day with a classic Italian breakfast featuring freshly baked pastries, espresso, and cappuccino.
• Embark on a guided tour of Rome’s iconic landmarks, including:
• Trevi Fountain – Toss a coin and make a wish.
• Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon – Marvel at Rome’s rich architectural beauty.
• Enjoy a traditional Aperitivo experience, with Italian cocktails and a selection of antipasti.
• The afternoon offers free time to explore, shop, or relax before regrouping for another authentic Roman dinner.
DAY 3:
High-Speed Journey to Cilento
• After breakfast in Rome, board a high-speed train to Agropoli.
• Upon arrival, a private shuttle will take us to the historic center of this charming fishing village.
• Check into our boutique hotel with a breathtaking sea view.
• Settle in and enjoy a welcome meal at a local restaurant, followed by a stroll through the cobblestone streets overlooking the port.
• The evening is yours to relax, grab a gelato, sip aperol spritz, or browse handmade shoes at a beloved local shoemaker’s shop.
DAY 4:
Ancient Paestum & Buffalo Mozzarella Experience
• After breakfast at the hotel, we’re off on a field trip to ancient Paestum.
• Explore the majestic Greek temples with a knowledgeable local guide.
• Visit a world-renowned buffalo mozzarella farm—watch artisans at work, say hi to the happy mud-loving buffaloes, and enjoy tastings of the freshest mozzarella.
• Time for souvenir shopping at the farm store.
• Regroup for an early evening apertivo at a vibrant local spot.
• Free evening to explore and dine at your leisure.
DAY 5:
Escape to Amalfi Coast
• Depart early morning by private transport directly from Agropoli’s port to the stunning Amalfi Coast.
• Enjoy lunch by the coast, explore charming boutiques, panoramic viewpoints & Amalfi’s famous lemon gelato.
• Return in the late afternoon.
• Evening is free—perfect for pizza, bruschetta, or wine n the center .
DAY 6:
Pasta-Making with the Signora della Pasta
• After breakfast, enjoy a slow morning—relax, sip coffee, or shop local.
• Followed by joining an unforgettable hands-on pasta-making class led by the Signora della Pasta.
• Prepare fresh dough, roll traditional shapes, and savor a home-cooked meal paired with regional wines and dessert.
• Return to hotel for some relax time.
DAY 7:
Wine & Olive Oil Tasting in Prignano Cilento
Shuttle to De Conciliis Winery in Prignano Cilento
Tour through vineyards and olive groves + tasting of wines, oils, and regional specialties
Enjoy lunch at the estate
Return to hotel for relaxation
DAY 8:
Back to Rome
• After breakfast, grab your bags—we’re headed back to the Eternal City on a high-speed train.
• Upon arrival, transfer to our final hotel in Rome’s historic district.
• Take a casual stroll through Rome’s timeless beauty.
• End the evening with a farewell dinner at a cozy trattoria.
DAY 9:
Departure Day – Arrivederci!
• Enjoy breakfast at our favorite Roman café.
• Private transportation to the airport for return flights home.
