DAY 1:
Welcome to Palermo
Arrive in Palermo, transfer and check-in at a charming hotel located in the historical center, close to the city’s main monuments and lively streets.
Guided walk through Quattro Canti, Piazza Pretoria and the Cathedral.
Welcome dinner at a selected local restaurant to experience authentic Sicilian cuisine
DAY 2:
Palermo – Street Food and Culture
After a classic Sicilian granita. Set off for a street food tour in the bustling Ballarò or Capo markets, tasting specialties like — arancine, panelle, sfincione, and cannoli (lunch included).
Visit Palermo’s top monuments.
Evening at leisure.
DAY 3:
Cefalù – Cooking Class at a Countryside Villa
Excursion to Cefalù to explore the scenic old town, UNESCO Cathedral, and medieval washhouse.
Head to a rural Sicilian villa for a hands-on cooking class and included lunch, featuring traditional recipes.
After lunch, return to Palermo for the night.
DAY 4:
Marsala – Terrasini: Dairy Farm Experience
Depart Palermo and stop in Terrasini for a guided visit at an artisanal cheese farm: tour and tasting of freshly-made cheeses and local products served with lunch.
In the afternoon, continue to Marsala, check in at a welcoming hotel in the historic center.
Overnight in Marsala.
DAY 5:
Marsala – Winery – Salt Pans
Morning visit and lunch tasting at a classic Marsala wine cellar, known for its DOC Marsala and local varietals.
In the afternoon, walk among the stunning salt pans, with sunset viewsover the Stagnone Lagoon.
Evening apericena in the town center. Overnight in Marsala.
DAY 6:
Marsala – Castelvetrano – Trapani
Travel to Castelvetrano for a guided estate tour and olive oil tasting lunch amid century-old olive groves.
Later, transfer to Trapani and check in at a modern city hotel just steps from the central promenade and historic area.
Evening at leisure. Overnight in Trapani.
DAY 7:
Trapani – Historic Center
Guided walking tour of Trapani’s historic center: Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Torre di Ligny, seaside promenade, local markets, and artisan boutiques.
Afternoon at leisure.
Regroup in the evening for dinner at a local cocina.
Overnight in Trapani.
DAY 8:
Erice
Excursion to the medieval hill town of Erice for visits to the Castle of Venus, Balio Gardens, ancient churches, craft shops, and pastry bakeries.
Enjoy lunch in a local trattoria.
Spend the afternoon wandering the panoramic lanes of Erice.
Return to Trapani for farewell dinner.
DAY 9:
Trapani – Palermo Airport
After breakfast, transfer from the hotel in Trapani directly to Palermo Airport.
